What We Need:

Saxbys is in search of O.D.D. (Outgoing, Detail Oriented, and Disciplined) Team Members to start immediately.  We are offering full time, part time, and seasonal employment with opportunity for upward mobility.  The ideal candidate will possess grit and passion.  They will also be able to demonstrate their ability to work hard and genuinely care about others.

In a typical day as a barista, you will multitask to provide unparalleled hospitality, keep your café clean, proactively restock supplies, and serve up delicious treats! Some of the responsibilities will vary based on the shifts that you work.  Those working in the morning will be responsible for getting everything into place and laying the foundation for the day.  Those working in the evening are responsible for preparing for the next morning by cleaning the café and prepping various food and drink ingredients.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with café guests to create a culture of hospitality
• Assist in the preparation and service of menu drinks and food items
• Demonstrate self-leadership skills: open communication, self-awareness, and ability to take initiative
• Work with a diverse team in a fast-paced service environment
• Ensure café cleanliness including all service spaces, guest seating areas, and bathroom facilities

• Work quickly under pressure
• Think critically and on your feet
• Creatively solve problems
• Stand, walk, and smile for extended periods of time.
• Stoop and kneel
• Push, pull, lift or carry up to 35 lbs.
• Ascend or descend ladders, stairs, and ramps

How to Join:
