Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) seeks an Office Technician (General) in the Pension Contracts and Prefunding Division (PCPP), State Social Security Administrator Unit (SSSA).

The Office Technician position at the SSSA team ensures that all work is assigned to the analyst, reviews and assigns incoming correspondence, tracks, prepares and mails outgoing correspondence, prepares handouts for conferences, answers unit telephone line, provides support for webinars and presentations, sets up meetings both in-person and virtually, and maintains electronic and paper records of the unit’s documents and correspondence.

Statement of Qualifications
