Create reports and present data in an understandable format for other team members.
Experience in the gaming industry, preferably in mobile games;
Experience with User Acquisition (UA);
Knowledge of different monetization models;
Leadership experience is welcome but not mandatory; strong technical skills and a proactive attitude are essential;
Proficiency in SQL and Python;
Experience with BigQuery and other databases;
Knowledge of product and business metrics;
Experience conducting A/B testing;
Understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory;
Ability to collect, clean, and visualize data from various services;
Conversational skills in Russian .
Proactivity and initiative in implementing changes and optimizations;
