Status: Full-time and Part-time Positions Available
Location: Richland, WA
Relocation: Possible for the ideal candidate
Salary: $47,886 - $143,601
Bonus: Yes, hiring bonuses up to $18,000 for eligible candidates.

About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the Surgical Unit at a prominent regional medical center in Richland, WA. This position is ideal for RNs at all experience levels, including new graduates. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide patient-centered care, ensuring the well-being and recovery of patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Available positions include: 

  • 36 hours per week, 12-hour, Variable Shifts
  • 24 hours per week, 12-hour, Variable Shifts
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered, whole-person care to those in the surgical unit.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support recovery and healing.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license (or ability to obtain upon hire).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required upon hire).
Experience Requirements
  • RN Resident (New Graduate) : No more than 12 months of experience since licensure.
  • Acute Care RN : At least 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in a surgical or related specialty.
