About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the Surgical Unit at a prominent regional medical center in Richland, WA. This position is ideal for RNs at all experience levels, including new graduates. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide patient-centered care, ensuring the well-being and recovery of patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Available positions include:

36 hours per week, 12-hour, Variable Shifts
24 hours per week, 12-hour, Variable Shifts

Key Responsibilities

Deliver patient-centered, whole-person care to those in the surgical unit.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support recovery and healing.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required upon hire).

Experience Requirements

RN Resident (New Graduate) : No more than 12 months of experience since licensure.
Acute Care RN : At least 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care setting.

Preferred Qualifications

National Certification in a surgical or related specialty.
