Job Summary:
The Raytheon Operations Finance Organization has an immediate need for an Program Production Cost Controls, Sr. Analyst (P2) . In this role your main responsibility will be supporting RF Components (RFC) Operations. RFC's work is critical to the success of key efforts within Raytheon, as well as supporting some external commercial offerings. This position is a hybrid role, and the selected applicant will work with the hiring manager to set schedule. The selected candidate can expect a minimum of 2 days onsite at our Andover, MA facility.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Running financial analysis/actuals for all production programs.
Executing the month end Earned Value (EV) reporting metrics which measures both cost and schedule (entails interaction with the operations and finance functions).
Quarterly EAC (estimate at completion) process (entails interaction with operations, engineering, finance, production control and quality functions) as well as proposal activity for future production work.
Construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the executing originations via critical analysis.
Transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments.
Effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment.
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires a Bachelor's and 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree and less than 2 years' experience.
Experience with financial analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with the SAP PRISM BW.
Excellent communication skills.
Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within ones work area.
Ability to collaborate across the organization.
Experience supporting manufacturing operations.
BOE/Proposal experience.
Additional Information:
This position is grade P2, Senior Analyst, Program Cost Controls.
Hybrid : Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader however you can expect a minimum of 2 days onsite.
Relocation assistance is not available.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
