Job Title: Paralegal – Patent Litigation Practice

Location: Austin, TX

Firm Overview:

Our client, a growing and dynamic law firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their Patent Litigation Practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex patent litigation cases while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in managing all phases of patent litigation cases, from discovery to trial preparation.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research, organize case files, and maintain case-related documents.
• Coordinate with attorneys to prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Manage client communications and ensure smooth case progress.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on patent litigation.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification preferred.
