We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our telehealth team in Texas. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of children, matching your expertise with the needs of the families you serve. Key Details:

Location: 100% remote, work from home
Hours: Flexible, with part-time and full-time options (minimum 10 hours per week)
Availability: After-school, evenings, and weekends preferred to meet client needs
Compensation: Starting at $57 per hour

Caseload: Flexible, with the opportunity to select cases that match your skills and interests
Client Focus: Primarily pediatric population, with some opportunities to work with adults
Responsibilities:

Provide therapeutic services to children and families, educating them about disorders and treatment strategies
Develop, implement, and review treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
Collaborate with other healthcare providers and placement agencies to ensure coordinated care
Communicate progress to caregivers, teachers, and medical professionals as needed
Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications:

Valid state-issued professional counseling license (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent)
Experience in mental health counseling, particularly with children, is preferred
Strong knowledge of various mental health disorders, their causes, and treatments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using computers, Zoom, and healthcare EMRs
