HVAC Service Dispatcher-Apache Air & Heat

As a remote HVAC Service Dispatcher , you'll be the key to keeping things running smoothly. You'll manage HVAC service calls, schedule technicians, and ensure our customers receive timely, efficient service. We are seeking a proactive, organized individual who can prioritize tasks and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Position Summary : As a Service Dispatcher, you will be the first point of contact for scheduling HVAC service requests. Your responsibilities include coordinating technicians, managing the service schedule, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will directly impact our ability to provide top-quality heating and cooling solutions to our residential customers.

Pay Range: $21 - $26 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Required Qualifications :

• 3+ years of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC or related field
• 3+ years of experience using Service Titan
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with scheduling software or CRM systems
• Proficiency in MS Office
