Key Responsibilities:

As an Event Assistant , you will:

• Event Planning amp; Execution : Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Logistics amp; Setup : Help with event setup and breakdown, managing materials, decorations, and equipment for smooth operations.
• Coordination Support : Assist in managing event schedules, vendor communications, and client relations to ensure seamless event flow.
• Customer Service : Engage with attendees, address event-related needs, and provide outstanding service during events.
• Troubleshooting : Monitor events in real-time and quickly resolve any issues to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Marketing Support : Contribute to promotional content creation and help support event marketing efforts.
• Feedback amp; Insights : Collect post-event feedback and provide valuable insights to enhance future event planning and execution.
