We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry Assistant to join our team. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. This is a fully remote position that requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with data management tools, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Enter information into spreadsheets, databases, or other systems.
• Data Verification: Check that the information you enter is accurate and up-to-date.
• File Organization: Store and organize digital files for easy access.
• Basic Reports: Create simple reports from the data you input.
• General Support: Occasionally assist with other administrative tasks, such as answering emails or scheduling.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: No prior experience required, though experience with data entry is a plus.
• Basic computer skills (using Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and work independently.
• Familiarity with basic office software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
