Join Eastridge Workforce Solutions as a Customer Account Coordinator

We are currently hiring a Customer Account Coordinator to provide outstanding support to our customer accounts, ensuring timely product delivery and the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts by accepting, verifying, and confirming orders.
• Serve as the primary liaison for customer orders, deliveries, and critical issues, maintaining strong customer relationships through regular communication.
• Collaborate with Sales and Inside Sales teams to process new product orders promptly.
• Support inventory control by analyzing customer forecasts to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle VMI (Vendor-Managed Inventory) accounts (if applicable), including processing hub receipts, monitoring inventory levels, and replenishing stock based on customer needs.
• Work with the Planning department to expedite orders and meet customer requirements, preventing delivery delays.
• Monitor electronic orders (EDI) and manage web-based customer systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments (planning, warehouse, accounting, sales) to resolve account-related issues.
• Process and track RMAs, debit memos, and credit memos, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide coverage for other Customer Account Coordinators as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Expertise in material planning, inventory management, and supplier-owned inventory processes.
• Understanding of order management and sales concepts.
• Proficiency in software such as Oasis (MRP), Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent business writing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.

Education and Experience

• AA degree or high school diploma required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience or 2+ years in purchasing and material planning.
