Job Description

Summary:

• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects within the oil and gas industry, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project schedules. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineers, clients, and regulatory agencies, to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure work is being performed in accordance with project specifications and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement construction plans, schedules and budgets in-line with project management and engineering teams.
• Develop and mentor junior staff members to build a high-performing construction team 
• Provide regular progress reports, updates, and presentations to senior management and project stakeholders as required.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental requirements, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment and resources to support construction activities.

Must Haves:

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion in the Oil and Gas sector.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on oil and gas projects.
• Proficient in PM software and Microsoft O365
